It's from Iodine Girl (2007). Belladonna directed it herself. This cut doesn't do it justice; the scene also includes a part at the beginning showing them forcibly shaving her head and piercing her nipples. It adds so much to the context. Find that if you can. She shot this thing with nipples pierced that day. Wild.
